Position Overview: As a lean, driven team, we’re looking for someone who is ready to take on significant responsibility, shape the future of our operations, and grow with us. As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing and streamlining the company’s day-to-day operations. From managing global production timelines and supply chain, to working closely with our engineering team and customers, you’ll ensure that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end operations, ensuring smooth coordination between production, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Collaborate with global manufacturing partners to ensure quality standards, timely production, and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
  • Lead program management efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize operations and scale production as the company grows.
  • Monitor inventory, production schedules, and logistics to minimize delays and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure seamless integration of new products into the manufacturing pipeline.
  • Identify areas for improvement within current processes and create solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
  • Support the leadership team in strategic planning, forecasting, and long-term operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the electronics industry or related field.
  • Background in global manufacturing and supply chain management.
  • Program management experience, with the ability to lead projects and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and taking on a broad range of responsibilities.
  • Experience with ERP or other operational management tools is a plus.
